Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of the Czech Language Institute operates in accordance with the Act 341/2005. Its main tasks include the supervision of the operation and management of the Institute. If approved by the Supervisory Board, its members are entitled to inspect the accounting documents and other documents of the institution at any time, request explanations and inspect the current state of the institute. Supervisory board also oversees property management, proposes the dismissal of the director, discusses the draft of the budget and financial management of the institute, discusses the draft of the annual report and other key matters concerning the institution.
